Landlord ForumClaims to be "the fastest growing Landlord Advice website in the UK". It's certainly an extensive online resource for buy to let landlords, tenants and property professionals. Well worth browsing, and there are some low-cost ready-to-use legal documents on offer too.
Residential Landlords AssociationClaims to be "the UK's leading national landlord association for UK landlords and private residential property investors". Some good free material even if you don't join up, including downloadable forms.
