Nick was admitted as a Solicitor in 1976 and practised as a solicitor in general practice in Herefordshire until 2000. Developed considerable experience in conveyancing and property law, which have always been the major part of the practice. Decided to specialise in Conveyancing in 2000 and was granted a Full Licence by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

Alun Richards - Partner

Alun was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980. He Practised in London and South Wales before moving to Herefordshire in 1991. He has always specialised in conveyancing and property law, particularly with considerable experience of acting for residential property developers - from site acquisition to plot sales. Alun now practices as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Sara Connor - Associate

Sara gained experience in residential conveyancing with two Herefordshire law firms before joining Mundy's in 2003. Specialising in private client residential conveyancing including remortgages and transfers of equity. Sara qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2006.

We are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and we are on the panel of all major lending institutions.
