COMPLETION STATEMENT

About a week before the Completion Date we send you a Completion Statement. This details the various sums of money that we handled during the transaction, including all costs and disbursements. It also shows how much more we need from you in order to complete if you're buying, or how much we will be sending to you after completion if you are selling (or indeed if the receipts from a sale exceed the cost of a property purchase). If you need to send money to us to complete, please make sure that it arrives in sufficient time to clear before the Completion Date.
